Ingredients
313 grams Okra 0.1 tsp Fenugreek seed 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.187 cup Tomato Paste 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chili Peppers, powder0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground 0.5 tsp Cumin powder1 tsp Pepper, black powder2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
heat the oil add 7 to 8 fenugreek seeds then as soon as they start to give of smell add onion and turn then golden brown then add okra and saute then add tomato paste and cook for a minute then add salt red chili powder and turmeric
then add water and let it simmer till completely cooked the add cumin powder and black pepper powder and serve
