spread egg yolk and white turn on the medium heat spray some coconut oil on the pan put egg white on the pan let's it cook and turn the egg white the other side spring some salts and papers turn off the heat fold the egg white to square to fix with sandwich bread . spread a teaspon of peanut butter on each bread put the egg white on bread . enjoy your meal
