1 serving CaUliflower, Raw 1 medium head (nutritiondata.com) (by MISSMERCURY0) 8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 2 serving Bacon - Hormel Blk Label Microwave (4 slices) 8 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream 4 oz Cream Cheese 1.25 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350
steam cauliflower with water and chicken stock and garlic for about 15 minutes.
Drain chicken stock. Mach cauliflower with cream cheese and sour cream. When well mashed add cheese, bacon and chives. Salt pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish and cook for 15-20 minutes uncovered.
