Whole-Wheat Flour 1 cupSalt 1/2 tspBaking Powder 1 tspEgg replacer (for 1.5 eggs)MolassesRyza Original 1/2 cup (rice milk)
Directions
Put into non-stick muffin tins. Bake at approx. 350 for 10-12 mins. or until light brown on top, and springy to the touch. Makes about 12 mini-muffins.
