Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

3.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.6 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)3.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)2.0 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)14.0 oz Turkey Polska kielbasa5.0 cup Cole Slaw mix, Aldi Little Salad BarSalt and pepper to tasteDash of paprika
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat
Saute garlic and onion until The Onion turns colorless and garlic is fragrant
Add red wine vinegar and mix
Add kielbasa and Saute again until lightly browned
Next add the rest of the butter, cabbage, paprika, salt and pepper and mix
Saute the cabbage until tender and appears caramelized.
Serve and enjoy!
