Baigan Riata (Eggplant in yogurt)

Ingredients
250 grams Eggplant, fresh 1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 cup yogurt fresh homemade 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Chili Powder0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Canola Oil 0.25 tsp Cumin seed 0.15 tbsp Nigella, Kalonji, Black Onion Seed2 whole red chili
Directions
pan fry the eggplant in a pan brushed with oil
on the side add salt red chili powder and turmeric ans whisk it
now add the eggplants in it
In a separate pan heat the remainder oil and add cumin whole red chili and Nigella seed an pour on top of the yogurt an eggplant mixture

Serving Size: make 5 equal serving of 100-120 grams each
