Ingredients
500 grams Bitter Gourd/Karela/Bitter Melon/Balsam Pear 2 tbsp Canola Oil 0.5 serving All Purpose Qeema (Chicken Mince) 1 small Onions, raw 2/3 cup Tomato Paste 0.5 tsp Fennel seed 0.5 tsp Cumin seed 0.25 tbsp Nigella, Kalonji, Black Onion Seed 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chili Peppers, red crushed, dry 0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground
Directions
Firstly cut bitter gourd in half and soak them in water with lots of salt then rinse them off with water now fill them chicken mince and tie them with thread
add oil to the pan and add onion turned into paste saute till slight color change then add tomato paste and all the spices and cook till oil starts separating now carefully place them in and add water till they are all soaked in cook till tender

Serving Size: 500g have nearly 5 bitter gourds so half a bitter gourd makes 1 serving
