Fried Cauliflower rice with gizzard

Ingredients
2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil6.0 tbsp Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Honey2.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup Kroger Mixed Veg1.5 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions3.0 large Scrambled Egg2.0 cup Gizzard, Chicken (boiled)1.0 tsp Ginger Root2.0 clove Garlic1.0 small Onions, raw
Directions
Sautee onions, mixed vegetable, ginger, garlic with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil for 5 minutes, add in grated cauliflower, add in already cooked gizzard, add in scrambled eggs. Mix until desired mixture is attained.
