Whole30 Oven Roasted Radishes

Ingredients
16 oz Radishes2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 tsp Ground Thyme0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Wash radishes, cut off ends, and quarter. Toss radishes in 2 tbsp olive oil. Place on baking sheet. Mix thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over radishes. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, toss, and bake 30 more minutes. Serve.
