50 gram Bread, Brown Bread, New England 1 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard 1.5 oz Chicken Breast, baked/grilled plain 12 grams Cheddar Cheese 3 grams Romaine Lettuce (salad) 15 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 10 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 18 grams Cucumber (peeled) 10 grams Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Grill the chicken breast first. Then place a brown bread, mustard paste, place grilled chicken breast slices,1 cheese slice, lettuce,tomato, capsicum,cucumber & finally covered with mayonnaise sauce and bread
