24 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g) .25 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .33 tbsp Maple Syrup .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk until well-combined. Pour into a mason jar and refrigerate overnight or at least 10 hours. Keeps in the fridge for about a week.
