Shrimp Scampi over Linguine

Ingredients
2 pounds raw shrimp1 cup butter1 teaspoon salt6 cloves garlic, crushed1/4 cup parsley, chopped fine2 teaspoons grated lemon peel2 tablespoons lemon juice6 lemon wedges1 pound Ronzoni Linguine
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Make linguine according to package directions.

Peel and devein shrimp (you can leave the tails on if you like, I remove them)

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish in oven. Add salt, garlic, and 1 tablespoon parsley and mix well.

Arrange shrimp in single layer in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

Turn shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon peel, lemon juice, and remaining parsley. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or just until tender.

Pour shrimp and garlic sauce over drained pasta and enjoy!!!
