Ingredients
3.5 oz Chorizo, pork and beef3.0 oz Hormel smoked pork chop2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth3.5 cup El Mexicano, Mexican Style Pinto Beans
Directions
Sautee chorizo and pork on high heat until it releases its oil then add finely diced onion. Set stove to medium high and sautee further until onion is caramelized. Add diced jalapeņo. After 2-3min add in diced tomato. Use a wooden spoon to break down tomato chunks. After about 5min, turn heat to medium low and add the chicken broth. Salt to taste. Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Simmer for about 15 min.

Serving Size: Makes 4-5 hearty servings. Can serve with tortilla on the side.
