Low carb crab zucchini cakes

Ingredients
10 oz Dockside Classics - lump crabmeat 2 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) 1 oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1.5 cup Raw Grated Zucchini (by ALICEEBROYLES) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL) 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
Directions
Grate zucchini and squeeze out extra moisture and saute in a nonstick pan with green onions for 5 min.
Let cool mix eggs mayo and seasoning add cheese mix and fold in crabmeat add just enough bread crumbs to old together and form patties, pan fry in olive oil a out 3 min per side
