Blueberry French Toast (Cinnamon Bread)

Ingredients
12 serving Cinnamon swirl breakfast bread (Sara Lee) (by SLSHFLANARY4) 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original 19 tbsp BONNE MAMAN Wild Blueberry Preserves 1 cup Blueberries, fresh 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Milk, 1% 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Spread cream cheese and blueberry preserves on six slices of bread and cover with other 6 slices (making a sandwich). Dice into cubes. Place in greased 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with blueberries. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and syrup until well blended. Pour over bread. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Server with maple syrup. ----- My note: I like to purchase an additional jar of blueberry preserves and use that instead of syrup after it comes out of the oven. It is delicious!
