500 grams Cucumber (peeled) 1000 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 3.5 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted 3 tsp Cavendar Greek Seasoning (by CHEMRULZ) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 60 gram(s) Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil
Directions
To large bowl add peeled and diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, pitted and chopped olives, chopped artichoke hearts, olive oil, and seasoning. Fold together carefully, refrigerate, and serve
