Ingredients
2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats2 cups chocolate almond milk (or any kind of milk, plain or chocolate)4 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened 4 tbsp Almond Butter (or any kind of nut butter)1 cup Plain or vanilla Lowfat Greek Yogurt 2 medium bananas1-2 servings of vanilla protein powder
Directions
Heat 1 cup chocolate almond milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Add cocoa powder & stir to bloom the cocoa.

Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork in a mixing bowl.

Add the cocoa powder milk from the microwave, plus the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl with the banana. Stir to combine well.

Separate into individual serving containers or cups & cover. Put in the fridge for several hours, or overnight. Grab one in the morning and enjoy it.

Yummy with fruit (especially as a dip for strawberries!) or a sprinkling of granola and/or cereal for some crunch. For warm porridge, heat them in the microwave for 1 minute and stir, then heat for additional 30-60 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
