Butternut Apple Soup

2 cup Butternut squash peeled and cubed 0.3 cup Granny Smith Apple peeled 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 0.25 tsp Cumin ground 0.5 tsp Thyme, ground 0.75 cup Silk Coconut Milk (Unsweetened) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.5 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt 0.5 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions, and ginger, Cook for about 3 minutes until onions soften. Add cumin, thyme, and cayenne. Cook and stir for about 30 seconds. Add coconut milk, apple slices and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until squash is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. Next puree the soup in a blender
