4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks (Great Value) 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 0.5 tbsp Honey 4 tbsp Ketchup - Hunts "No Preservatives" Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp Great Value Soy sauce low sodium 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt 0.25 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tbsp 1905 Apple cider vinegar
Mix mango, ketchup, brown sugar, and spices in a blender Reserve 1!8 cup for serving. Toss chicken1:4 cup sauce in a large bowl. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked.
Add reserved sauce if desired. Serve over cauliflower rice or your favorite.
