Orange Cranberry Scones

4 cup Flour, white .66 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Orange Peel 0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup heavy cream (whipping)4 TBSP Granulated Sugar
Cream butter and sugar, add cream and eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder and orange zest. Add to wet ingredients.
Add cranberries.
Roll and cut into shapes, bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes.
Mix 2 TBSP with water and 1 tsp vanilla until very runny. lightly drizzle over hot scones.
Serving Size: Cut into 36 pieces
