Ingredients
2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.12 cup Granulated Sugar4.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt16.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated4.0 tbsp Canola Oil2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.26.0 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g1.0 serving Orgain organic protein & superfoods
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients with a whisk. Beat in eggs and oil, then stir in milk. Spray and preheat waffle maker. Use .25 cup batter in mini (4 inch) waffle maker and cook each waffle for 4 minutes. Respray waffle maker after every 5 waffles. Waffles can be reheated throughout the week in the toaster.
