Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 5 grams Salt 5 grams Pepper, black 50 grams Butter, salted 50 mL Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Boil the cauliflower and potatoes till soft.
Mash with a potato mash and add the seasoning along with the butter and heavy cream.
