1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 418 grams Flour, white 50 grams Granulated Sugar 1.25 tsp Salt .33 ounce Yeast, bakers
combine ingredients, knead and let rise one hour. Shape into 8 rolls and let rise another hour. Bake at 375 for 15 - 18 minutes.
