Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk ( I substituted evaporated milk or you can use sugar free)1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice(I used the bottle lemon juice)2 cups min marshmallows1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce1 can (20oz) crushed pineapples, drained (use the one in its own juices, not the heavy syrup)1/2 cup chopped pecans3 drops red food coloring (I used 6 bcz I wanted it more pinkier, it was too light with 3)1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (I used cool whip lite)
Directions
Makes 18 servings

1. In large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk and lemon juice. Stir in mini marshmallows, cranberry sauce, crushed pineapples, chopped pecans and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping until no streaks remain.

2. Spoon into a 12x9x2 inch baking dish. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares and serve

This can be precut after it firms up and then wrapped indiviually so that when you want you can grab from freezer instead of constantly cutting it.
