0.5 cup chopped Red Onion1 cucumber chopped(8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1 Tomato - plum or roma chopped (can use cherry tomatoes halved)1 chopped Green Pepper (bell peppers) 0.5 cup chopped parsley 1 serving fresh chopped mint leaves ( handful)6 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 0.5 lemon juiced2 can beans, great northern drained

Raw, best eaten immediately. Keeps refrigerated up to 3 days
