Curried Turkey Burgers

16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tbsp Curry powder 4 serving Arnolds 100% whole wheat sandwich thin 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk 2 tbsp Parsley 8 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad) 8 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
1. Mix ground turkey, curry powder and mayo in bowl. Salt and pepper as needed.
2. Divide turkey mixture into 4 patties and place on hot grill or nonstick pan.
3. Cook until done all the way and set aside.
4. In a fresh bowl, mix yogurt and fresh herbs to make sauce. Season to taste.
5. Assemble burger: spread yogurt sauce on toasted bun, garnish with lettuce and onion, place warm burger on top and eat!
