4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh - mashed4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 14 large Egg white, fresh 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mash ripe bananas and add the other ingredients. Mix well. Heat a large skillet or griddle pan and use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to make 1 pancake.
