1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup Applesauce, sweetened2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened2.0 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 large Egg white, fresh8.0 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips2.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Preheat oven to 325 °
Spray two medium loaf pans with baking spray.
Combine egg, egg whites, applesauce, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla.
Sift together all dry ingredients then add to zucchini mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide mixture into two prepared loaf pans and bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
Serving Size: 2 medium loaves, 12 slices each
