Ingredients
.7 serving Blue Menu Chicken Breast Chunks-canned (by ELISA3241) 1 serving Casa Mendosa Tortillas WW large Flour Tortillas per 1 (64 g) (by RICHELLEMASON) .5 serving Kroger Aged Sharp White Cheddar sliced cheese 1 slice, thin Onions, raw 4 tbsp Salsa 25 grams Sour cream, light
Directions
Put the large tortilla in a pan. On one half, add the chicken chunks, tiny pieces of red onion and a small amount of sharp cheddar. The good stuff, just use less. Use HERDEZ brand salsa HOT for best results. spoon out a couple TBSP with a fork so it it dry and add to the top - flip the half with no toppings over the side with toppings. Turn on the heat to medium and watch the bottom. Flip the quesadilla once golden brown. No need for any oil in pan. Takes about 3 mins. per side. Cut into 3 pieces and enjoy with heaping TBSP. light sour cream and more of the salsa. YUM
