Broccoli, ham & cheese muffins

Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) 0.75 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Spray muffin tin with oil. Divide broccoli and ham between cups. Put 1 Tbls cheese in each cup Scramble up the eggs and fill cups. About 1/4 cup per cup. Bake 15-20 minutes
