1.5 cup Zucchini (Grated) (by STEFANIE822) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Garam Masala (by JACE520)
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
3. Form into hamburger sized rounds on a parchment paper lined pan sprayed with cooking spray
4. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip once they have set at about 13 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 5 hand sized cakes
