Italian Sausage and Grilled Veggies Pasta

Ingredients
0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 5 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 14 oz Pasta, Orecchiette (dry)
Directions
Remove casings from sausages and brown in skillet over medium heat, remove from skillet once sausage reach an internal temp of 160 degrees & keep warm. Add chopped broccoli to skillet over medium/high heat and cook until fork tender, then add onions and peppers and continue cooking until onion is translucent and peppers are fork tender. Return sausage to skillet and mix. Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Carefully reserve 1 cup of pasta water and set aside. Drain pasta. Return pot to stove and set heat to high. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently so that garlic doesn't burn. Reduce to low heat then add drained pasta to pot, mix in sausage/veggies, olive oil (1 tbsp) and around 1/2 cup reserved pasta water - add more if desired. Top with Parmesan. Enjoy
