Low Carb Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
1 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp 0.05 cup Swerve Erythritol Granular low carb sweetener
Directions
Blend all ingredients except for olive oil for 3min on medium then slowly add olive oil and blend on low for 2min. Add salt to taste. Then blend again for 2 min.
