Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips1 c. Granulated White Sugar 1 c. Brown Sugar, packed 2 Medium Eggs2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 3 c. All-purpose flour 1 c. Butter, salted, softened2 tsp Hot water
Directions
Cream together softened butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to mix. Stir in salt and flour until thoroughly blended. Hand mix in chocolate chips.

Put tbsp-sized drops of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes, or until edges set.

Cook refrigerated dough at 12-14 minutes.
