Stir Fry Zucchini in Mongolian Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
1 serving Good & Gather Mongolian Garlic Sauce 1/4 cup 1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 227 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw 1 tbsp chopped Shallots
Directions
Wash and slice shallot and zucchini.

Heat up the wok with vegetable oil. Sauteed shallot. Then add in zucchini and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add in the Mongolian Garlic sauce, 1/4 cup of water and cook for a couple minutes.
Serve hot with Jasmine rice.
