1 packet(100g) SHAN Pilau Biryani Masalah 1 packet(100g) SHAN Pilau Biryani Masalah 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 serving Chicken Raw Meat Only (amount of meat per 1 lb of whole chicken)12 serving /4 cups(uncooked) PONAM Super Kernel Basmati Rice 4 tbsp Canola Oil 1 large Onion, raw 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste (by SOCPAGE) 1 cup yoghurt
first, boil 1 kg of rice = 4 cups of uncooked rice till it still is slightly undercooked
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes add a half packet of masalah and cook them in a nonstick pan till tender on low heat add a small amount of water to help in cooking
In an another large pot add the garlic-ginger remainder masalah chicken and 2 cups of water and let it cook
When the chicken is cooked and some gravy left spread in the cup of yoghurt and do not mix and layer the rice on top
In a separate ban brown the onion with the oil and pour on top
cover and leave it on low heat till steam starts coming through
