Hemp and Cashew milk

Ingredients
4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1 serving Cashew Nuts, Raw (1/4 cup) (by SPATULAMAMA)
Directions
Add 2 cups water and blend 1/4 c Hemp and 1/4 Cashews in vitamix 20 seconds (if you have a weaker blender you might need to strain)
Add 2 more cups water and blend so water is mixed in.
4 Tablespoons equals 1/4th cup so you are using 1/4 cup for both hemp seeds and cashews.
You may add a date, maple sirup., or vanilla flavoring if desired
