2.0 cup gluten free flour0.5 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Salt2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh3/4 cup coconut palm sugar
Blend sugar and applesauce.
Beat eggs and mash bananas.
Mix dry ingredients and add to wet slowly, until incorporated.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
Cool 30 minutes before serving.
