Fried Green Tomato

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium Green Tomatoes 1 serving Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
1. Crack egg into bowl and season well

2. Pour flower into bowl

3. Slice tomato into 6 slices

4. Dip tomato slices into egg, coat with flour on both sides and fry in a sauce pan with at least 2 tbsp of oil.

    I've heard of this, but never had them. It was simple and delicious. Instead of flour I used crushed Fiber 1 cereal (diabetic), much better for me and a sweeter taste. - 8/2/20
