Ingredients
2 cup Green Giant Rice's veggies cauliflower medley 2 clove Garlic 3 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (by VEGAN_REINA) 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
add oil and saute garlic
add cauliflower medley with braggs amino's liquid
stir fry for 3 minutes, add lightly scrambled egg
stir fry for 3 minutes
serve with added protein or without
