Robin's Low Sodium Chunky Salsa

Ingredients
16-18 plum tomatoes1 cup chopped white onions1+ cups cilantro (depending on taste)5 medium garlic cloves chopped small1 hot pepper of choice (i.e. jalapeno)1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp Salt Sense (reduced sodium salt) 1 tsp black ground pepper1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions
Chop all ingredients to desired size. The onion and tomato should be cut about the same size, while the garlic and hot pepper should be cut very tiny. For more spicy salsa, include the seeds from the pepper. Otherwise, discard the seeds and just use the pepper itself. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

Makes 18-20 half-cup servings

Serve with Tostitos Restraunt Style LITE tortilla chips for a lower calorie/fat alternative to regular tortilla chips because they have 1 gram of fat for 7 chips, rather than 1 gram of fat for each chip!
