Beet garlic salad

Ingredients
8 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled 6 clove Garlic 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Hellmanns light mayo
Directions
Mix grated boiled beets, minced garlic (you can modify the quantity as you wish), salt, pepper and mayo. Refrigerate. Enjoy! :-)
