Banana Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Oat Bran, 2 1/4 cupBaking Powder, 3 tspAlmonds, 1/2 cup, slicedSugar, .25 cupMilk, 1%, 1 1/4 cupEgg White from 2 large eggsBanana, fresh, 3/4 mashedRaisins, 1/3 cup, optional (or blueberries)Raisins are included in nutrition calculations
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients, excluding raisins, in a mixing bowl. Blend wet ingredients together, including banana, and gently mix into dry ingredients. Add raisins or blueberries, if desired, and gently fold into mixture. Grease muffin pan with Pam or light butter and fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes for muffins or 10 minutes for muffin tops.
