Mama Teachers Gluten free vegan biscuit

Ingredients
1 cup Krusteaz Gluten Free Flour, All-Purpose (by XTHATWOULDBEMEX) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY) .5 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) 2.5 tbsp country crock plant butter with almond oil (by DMASICK) 4 oz Good Karma Unsweetened Flax milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, with a pastry blender mix in the butter. I keep mine in the freezer so it stays cold as you work it.
Once it looks like little crumbs, add in Flaxmilk (or other non dairy milk) and squeeze in lemon juice. Stir until it all comes together and brush with melted butter before baking at 425 degrees for 10 -12 minutes.
