Ingredients
1/3 Pkg Johnsonville andouille 1 cup, shredded Cabbage .5 PEPPER POBLANO PEPPER 1/2 sliced Shallots0.50 cup frozen okra and tomatoes (Pictsweet) 1 cup Canned diced in juice Tomatoes 0.25 tsp Blackened Seasoning.5 tsp. creole Seasoning 1 tsp smoked black pepper 1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw 2T EVO1/2 tsp. Better Than Boullin chicken
Directions
Heat EVO to a shimmer in large skillet
Saute Andouille to brown on both side, remove to plate
Saute, toss raw and frozen veg's till semi-soft
Add spices
Add sausage to skillet
Add canned tomatoes and juice
Stir in chicken broth concentrate
Simmer covered till veg's are tender
Serve
