Ingredients
24 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 1 cup, whole or halves Macadamia Nuts 16 tbsp Almonds - sliced 1 cup, chopped Pecans 0.50 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals) .5 cup, chopped Walnuts .5 cup Pistachio Nuts 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 large Egg white, fresh .33 cup Coconut Oil 0.25 cup Roddenbery's Northwoods Sugar Free Syrup
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
In separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
Spread in lined sheet pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated 300* oven.
Let cool completely. Break up and store in an airtight container.
