Layered Enchilada Bake

Ingredients
1 pkg Veggie Ground Round1 can black beans2 c. salsa1 pkg taco seasoning1/4 c. fat free italian dressing1 container fat free sour cream1.5 c. low fat cheddar (divided)1 small onion, chopped6 whole wheat, low carb tortillas
Directions
**Makes 4 large servings, 9 dietary units or 6 smaller servings, 5 dietary units

-In a pan, brown meat and onion. Add black beans, taco seasoning, italian dressing and salsa. Cook until heated through.
-Place 3 tortillas in bottom of large sprayed baking dish. Add 1/2 meat mixture. Cover with 1/2 of sour cream and 1/2 of cheese. Place 3 tortillas on top and repeat layer.
-Bake at 350 for 20 mins covered, then uncovered for 10 mins
