Buckwheat Savory "Pancakes"

0.5 cup Buckwheat Flour1/8 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
stir together dry ingredients, adding desired spices (I like garlic powder, salt, and Mrs. Dash)
beat egg and buttermilk together
stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until smooth
let rest about 5 minutes (until bubbles form and batter relaxes)
I cook mine in a Red Copper 5 Minute Chef, but however you would cook pancakes or waffles would work :)
