Tomato Tart

Ingredients
4 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, sliced3 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese 1 Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, sliced1/4 c pesto Traderfresh thyme or other herb seasoningsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 - Roll out crust into pie pan.
2 - spread pesto on bottom on crust
3 - add sliced onions
4 - place tomatoes on top of onions
5 - sprinkle with goat cheese
6 - add salt, pepper and thyme

Bake 35-40 min until crust is golden brown.
