Ingredients
13 tbsp Bertolli Lucca Extra LIght Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp dry mustard powder (by ANDY99) .5 tsp Salt .5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Directions
Place 1/4 cup olive oil, egg, mustard powder, and salt in a blender. Mix thoroughly. While the blender is running, slowly drizzle in the remaining olive oil. After the mixture has emulsified, add the lemon juice, blending on low or stirring to incorporate.
